Service Description

A written consultation consists of a walk through of the home, with a homeowner or realtor, identifying all issues regarding cleanliness, repairs & room presentation. The home owner is encouraged to take notes during the walk through but isn't necessary as a report of the consultation highlights will be e-mailed to homeowners after the visit.
