The Band-Aid Solution Report
The Band-Aid solution report was developed as a do-it-yourself manual for home-sellers who have both the talent and time to complete all the suggestions and improvements that have been recommended by Room Remedy before the home is listed for sale.
The Band-Aid Solution is a written room by room diagnostic report identifying all issues regarding cleanliness, clutter, repairs, and furniture re-arrangement. The exterior of the home is also addressed in the report. We go into very specific detail and offer home-owners reasonable solutions to their decor dilemmas. Recommendations are prioritized keeping the seller's timetable in mind. The home-owner is also offered tips to enhance the saleability of the home and for surviving the listing period.

The Room Care Plan
For busy home-sellers, Room Remedy is just the answer. For clients who require assistance with completing the recommendations outlined in the Band-Aid Solution, Room Remedy offers a complete hands-on service. Beginning with de-cluttering and room editing and finishing with complete Staging® services, we arrange the home's furnishings and décor items to create a visual impression that is instantly appealing to prospective buyers.

The Cure
Room Remedy can provide the temporary use of accessories and furnishings from their tasteful inventory to create the look you need. We can furnish a complete room or provide a few accessories to complement the existing décor. In vacant homes, a few carefully staged vignettes will enhance the look of the home allowing potential buyers to imagine the rooms for their intended use.

Open House Service
This service is available to all clients who have successfully completed the recommendations in the Band-Aid Solution report. Room Remedy will set the mood and have your home looking its best at either an Agent or a Home-Buyer Open House. This is an especially valuable service for renewing interest in newly staged® properties that had previously languished on the market.

Room Remedy offers a shopping service for home-owners who would prefer to purchase those "finishing touch" accessories for their home.
- Co-ordinating
We have a data base of competent and reliable trades-people who can complete the repairs that we identify will make a difference in the sale of your home. We will source out the perfect trade-person for the job, in terms of both cost and availability.
